Our Architecture-related work packages set up an effective Architecture practice aimed at addressing both Enterprise Architecture and Business Solutions. We consider Enterprise Model a foundational component and primary indicator of the architecture practices' health. Thus, all our work packages include considerations for Enterprise Model enablement.

Empowering The Solution Architects
We help build team proficiency in modeling with an industry-standard modeling language ArchiMate. UML and BPMN can also be added as required. This is not a basic Archimate training course. We use client-provided typical pain-points and address them while providing insights on how an enterprise model development process should work; how to address design quality, maintain ability and reuse. We will set up a design repository and a modeling tool, followed by a combination of boot camps and 'over the shoulder' design support. By the end, the architects will be ready to work independently on their business solutions, while adding value by contributing to the model development.
The benefit of this package: this is for an organization that already has an architecture team, but needs uplift.
‘Plug and play’ Solution Architecture Practice
This is a turn-key operation where we set up a cloud-based architecture team’s ‘out of box’ work environment and ensure the team is on-boarded and ready to start working. The environment provides the necessary tools, templates, and workflows including Governance and Design Quality Assurance all at once! We will work with the client to see if any customization is required and if existing tools and processes could be leveraged. After we set up the environment, we provide training sessions and 'over the shoulder' design support, governance assistance and any necessary help ensure the client is ready to start working independently. The benefit of this package: worry-free installation of a commoditized environment and process.
Establishing a Practice While Working On a Concrete Solution
We combine actual solution architecture work with the process of setting up an architecture practice. Clients have the option of adopting the new process through a direct immersion of client-provided resources or the work will intentionally limit the project's touch points to only the essential participants until the work is complete. Once the architecture work is completed and accepted, we hand all the tools and produced artifacts over to the client. Then we provide any necessary training and support.

This is a risk-free approach. The client uses an already approved or incoming project to seed and test-run an architecture practice which will run in a sandbox environment without causing much excitement within the client organization;

The client will receive the output in an Enterprise Model’s format, a solution workflow, elements of governance and various templates, all free of any additional charge;

The Mondial team will use their sandbox environment on the cloud until the work is done within an agreed scope. Clients do not need to pay any additional license fees until the work is completed.

We may become a client’s architecture team: rent it or buy it. We will the project(s) cloud-based environment and we will also have the necessary touchpoints with the client organization. We guarantee the continuity of the service as needed and will provide the best matching skills to work on particular tasks. We will also use our design support office to minimize costs and increase throughput and quality.
