Post-Delivery Maintenance and Support
We assist our clients with post-delivery activities including architecture repository maintenance and new employee training and on-boarding.
Pilot Projects
In some cases, the clients may want us to run a small project to show the methodology and the tools in action to ensure the smoothest adoption of the methodology.
Employee On-boarding
This is a boot camp that includes in-class training and exercises in an established environment. This activity can be tailored to the trainees’ roles.
On-premise Design Support
We provide "over-the-shoulder" design assistance. This may also include brainstorming sessions, peer reviews, ongoing design QA. This can be either on demand or by subscription. We can use our Design Support Office to minimize the cost and increase any design work throughput.
Architecture Repository Maintenance
We will maintain the repository for the client which includes model updates, transfers, cross-checking and validation, duplication and reusability checking, overall repository health check, generating reviews, posters, and other content on-demand, and archiving.
